* Delivery time is calculated on working days - from Monday to Friday. Courier service does not dispatch orders on holidays, Saturdays or Sundays. In any case, a delay in delivery with respect to the deadlines indicated will not entitle the customer to demand any compensation. If you experience any delay, please send us an email to hello@sockm.com and we can look into your order.

If you choose the option of payment by bank wire, upon payment confirmation, you must send a copy of the bank receipt by email to hello@sockm.com or await until payment has been transferred to our bank account. In payments by bank wire, the preparation of the order will not be dispatched until the transfer has been confirmed.

RETURN OR EXCHANGE POLICY

In cases where the merchandise has a defect or that the specific characteristics that have been chosen were not as expected, you can request an exchange. Likewise if you want to make a color change, or add some specific feature you can also apply for it.

In order to return the merchandise you have 14 calendar days from the date you receive the order. You can write us at hello@sockm.com.

To make an exchange you only have to access to your account and in "Details of the order" select the product to return indicating the reason. We recommend sending an email to hello@sockm.com, indicating the order number and product to be changed (you can find this information in "My account> Order history"). You can also contact us by any of our contact sources. The customer should verify that the merchandise is unworn with labels and intact packaging. The customer is responsible for paying the return shipping costs and must be sent in the original condition, unused, properly packaged and prepaid to:
